1. Product Information & Pricing

All home appliances listed on this site are subject to availability. Prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to update product prices and discounts without prior notice.

2. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

When submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate and active contact details. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full upon physical handover by our courier. Our customer care team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify order details before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We provide Free Express Delivery across all 7 Emirates in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah). Estimated delivery timelines range from 1 to 3 business days depending on location.

4. Official Warranty

All products supplied by Nawab’s Home Appliances include an official UAE warranty covering manufacturer defects. Full warranty terms and service center details are provided with your product documentation.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
